It shows details like the Client Name, the Name of the candidate, Package type, Reference Number, Case Receive Date, Date of the report, and, Report status.
Basically, GoVerifier provides color-coded reports. vis RED, YELLOW, BROWN, And GREEN.
RED: entails there is a Major discrepancy with the BGV report.
YELLOW: entails a Minor discrepancy with the BGV report.
BROWN: entails Inaccessible for verification/ Unable to verify/ Input Required.
GREEN: entails Clear Report.
GoVerifier tries to ensure a smooth BGV process. If there is any kind of discrepancy in the report, then the user can avail of the option of Send to Rework by giving comments or remarks about discrepancies and uploading the relevant documents in the Attachment simply by choosing the files from their computer/mobile. Then Submit it.
GoVerifier provides Report Approval Log details which include: Generated by whom, Email details, Designation of the person who has approved the report, and Date & Time of report generation
Edit: GoVerifier enables users to edit the details as per changing requirements in particular field details and can upload supporting documents in attachments. The attachment may include email, verification response, approval mail, or other.
Preview: This feature enables the user to see the report formats like how does it look. It shows details like the Client name, Name of the candidate, Package, Reference number, Case received date, Date of report, and Report status. Organization Quality control Seal and Authorised signature along with Executive Summary, Restrictions, and limitations.
PDF: The user can download the report from the PDF section. Just by selecting the Report type vis Interim, Supplementary, and Final
